Is everything you don't need or want

You can move on with a light heart

Dodging the stones of scorn and judgement

That were hurled at you

We can't jump through hoops to win favor

Of one whose opinion of you is poor, at best

You deserve encouragement and recognition

As the person you know yourself to be
