Today is "not going to think about it" day

It is why I have so many back burners

To put aside issues that are not ripe

If I can't solve it, resolve it, or slough it off

Then there is simply no need to think about it today

Just as I don't need to think about how I would live on the Moon

Or if I would accept a Nobel prize

I don't have to think about certain issues today

Perhaps time itself will start to thin out the chaotic grey ball 

Of the unknowable
