THE SHELF LIFE OF A LIE
If someone decides to not tell the truth
Then they must come up with a lie
But it will be transparently false
If this is something they seldom try
So before anyone spins a yarn
They must first commit
To lie over and over
In order to get good at it
Then they need a prodigious memory
To recall what lie was told to who
Because lies get exponentially complex
Until it is something they can no longer do.
