Kale Soup
Boil a bunch of chopped fresh kale, six to eight cloves of garlic, and
three to five slivers of ginger, and a goodly shake of black pepper in
chicken broth or vegetable broth until kale is just barely cooked.
Add a couple of heaping teaspoons of flour and blenderize soup using hand held immersible blender.
Reheat soup to just a boil, turn off heat.
Serve hot with squeeze of fresh lemon.
