    I just want you to know I'm taking a stroll down memory land and quickly re-read "Sookie Stackhouse Wins a Date With Eric Northman". Such gentle, loving stories (with just a hint of heat) --told with tenderness and good humor.

    I don't know if your muse still has any "gas left in the tank", but if not, you've left us with a fantastic legacy to some wonderful fictional characters. Alas, the era is ending --the books are done and much to the chagrin and angst of the fans, it is not the outcome we wished. TB ends this season and I fear the outcome will be the same --the fans will not be pleased.

    But I just want you to know --you have a fantastic fan base, and even if you didn't write another word, you've left us with some high quality stories.
    Best in everything you set out to accomplish! Pat

    Thank you so much Pat, your kind words have made my day. I love the characters too and hope they speak to me again, but if not, like you, I am so glad I left them with happy lives and adventures to come.
