Bad writing of the Day - Another "winner" in the Bulwer-Lytton bad writing contest:
What joy to encounter the aspect of the sun coming up over the mountains, when the tallest thing I had ever seen was the Dairy Queen sign at Crupper's Corner that they put up last year right before the tornado blew it right through Brantley's Drug Store and they lost Aunt Josie's prescription.

The Other Son (2012)
"Le fils de l'autre" (original title)
Two young men, one Israeli and one Palestinian, discover they were accidentally switched at birth.
The situation is straight out of a Shakespeare drama: two babies are switched at birth by mistake in a maternity ward, such that a Jewish Israeli family raises a young Arab and a Palestinian family raises a young Jewish Israeli. Just short of their 18th birthdays, they learn the truth.
